Tan-Men
Japanese vegetable ramen with salt-based broth.
Ingredients:
- 2 packages (6 oz/170g) ramen noodles
- 4 cups (960ml) chicken or pork broth
- 2 cups (140g) cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup (100g) carrots, julienned
- 1 cup (100g) bean sprouts
- 1 cup (70g) mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 lb (225g) pork belly, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
