Traditional Romanian fluffy pies filled with ricotta cheese.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups (500g) ricotta cheese
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup (100g) sugar
- 4 tablespoons (60g) butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
