Red Cake
Classic red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting.
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1-2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons red food coloring
- 16 oz cream cheese (frosting)
- 4 cups powdered sugar (frosting)
