Ingredients:

  • 4-6 egg whites
  • 200-250g caster sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 300ml heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 200-300g fresh berries
