Tangy and refreshing lime cake.

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2-3 tablespoons lime zest
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 8 oz cream cheese (frosting)
  • 4 cups powdered sugar (frosting)
