Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cups (160g) all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup (113g) cold butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3-4 tablespoons cold water
- 1 cup (200g) sugar
- 1/4 cup (30g) cornstarch
- 1/2 cup (120ml) lemon juice
- Zest of 2 lemons
- 4 large egg yolks
- 3 large egg whites
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 6 tablespoons (75g) sugar (for meringue)
