Italian Crostata

Traditional Italian jam tart with a buttery pastry crust.

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups (320g) all-purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup (130g) sugar
  • 1/2 cup (113g) cold butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 cup (320g) jam of your choice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
