Green Borscht
Traditional green borscht with sorrel and vegetables.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups (100g) fresh sorrel
- 3 medium potatoes, cubed
- 2 medium carrots, diced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 large eggs, hard-boiled
- 6 cups (1.4L) beef or vegetable broth
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/4 cup (8g) fresh dill, chopped
- 1 cup (240ml) sour cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
