Glazed Lemon Pie

Moist lemon cake with a tangy lemon glaze frosting.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (260g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups (300g) sugar
  • 1/2 cup (113g) butter, softened
  • 3 large eggs
  • Zest of 2 lemons
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) milk
  • 2 cups (240g) powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 3-4 tablespoons lemon juice (for glaze)
