Glazed Lemon Pie
Moist lemon cake with a tangy lemon glaze frosting.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups (260g) all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups (300g) sugar
- 1/2 cup (113g) butter, softened
- 3 large eggs
- Zest of 2 lemons
- 1/4 cup (60ml) lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 cup (120ml) milk
- 2 cups (240g) powdered sugar (for glaze)
- 3-4 tablespoons lemon juice (for glaze)
