  • 4 oz German's sweet chocolate
  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup evaporated milk (frosting)
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut (frosting)
  • 1 cup chopped pecans (frosting)
