Rich chocolate cake with coconut-pecan frosting.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 oz German's sweet chocolate
- 3 eggs, separated
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup evaporated milk (frosting)
- 1 1/2 cups coconut (frosting)
- 1 cup chopped pecans (frosting)
