French pastry with choux pastry, vanilla cream, and chocolate glaze.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups milk (pastry cream)
  • 1/2 cup sugar (pastry cream)
  • 4 egg yolks (pastry cream)
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (glaze)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (glaze)
