French pastry with choux pastry, vanilla cream, and chocolate glaze.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 large eggs
- 2 1/2 cups milk (pastry cream)
- 1/2 cup sugar (pastry cream)
- 4 egg yolks (pastry cream)
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (glaze)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (glaze)
