Cherry pie #2
Classic cherry pie with a flaky butter crust and sweet-tart cherry filling.
Ingredients:
- 5 cups (700g) fresh or frozen cherries
- 1 cup (200g) sugar
- 1/4 cup (30g) cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 1/2 cups (320g) all-purpose flour (for crust)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup (120ml) cold water
